Get ready to
- Own and scale multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, GDN, Demand Gen) and Microsoft/Bing Ads;
- Manage, test, and optimize large-scale budgets to achieve the highest goals;
- Monitor results to make sure that we are following our set KPIs;
- Collaborate with cross – functional creative teams to find the most performing Google Ads creatives and communication directions;
- Conduct deep-dive market, customer, and competitor research to discover new growth opportunities and stay ahead of trends;
- Experiment, test, and scale new strategies across channels – from app installs to full-funnel conversion tactics.
We expect you to
- Have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, App Campaigns, and Performance Max (PMax);
- Be confident using Google Ads Editor, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and understand performance tracking best practices;
- Combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, especially when it comes to ad creatives and messaging;
- Be able to plan, prioritize, and thrive both independently and as part of a team;
- Embrace experimentation and be unafraid of failure when testing new strategies;
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Lithuanian, in written and verbal formats.
Salary
Gross salary range is 4500-5500 EUR/month.
